Jenn Strange is the Behavioral Health Program Manager at Traverse Health Clinic and is also the owner/operator of Arbor Heights Counseling. She has worked in a variety of human services, criminal justice, and clinical roles as well as in post-secondary and graduate adjunct faculty positions within the Greater Grand Traverse area.
Jenn’s past board involvement encompasses several local non-profit and youth sports-oriented organizations. She currently serves via gubernatorial appointment as the mental/behavioral health treatment representative to Michigan’s Criminal Justice Policy Commission.
She is also an Executive Board member for the Michigan chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and holds an active role within the Traverse City Trojan Football Booster Association.
Jenn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University, and a Master’s degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University.
Jenn’s nephew, Draven Dunklow, was the beneficiary of the first Guns N Hoses hockey game. Jenn has been a dedicated board member since then, paying forward the gratitude from her family to others.
In her free time, you can find Jenn cheering from the sidelines or in the bleachers at one of her son’s sporting events.
